摘　　要：金黄色葡萄球菌是引起肉蛋奶及其制品污染的主要致病菌,同时也会引发畜禽多种疾病,导致畜禽生产性能下降,严重时甚至可能导致死亡。畜产品中存在的金黄色葡萄球菌会对人类健康造成极大威胁。因此,快速检测金黄色葡萄球菌对保证畜禽健康、减少养殖场经济损失、保护人类健康具有重要意义。文章对金黄色葡萄球菌检测方法的发展和应用进行了综述,分析了金黄色葡萄球菌快速检测方法的优缺点,旨在为监测畜禽健康、防止畜产品污染、保证食品安全提供参考。Staphylococcus aureus is the main cause of contamination of meat,eggs,milk and products,which can also cause a variety of livestock and poultry diseases,resulting in livestock production capacity decline,and may even lead to death in serious cases.The presence of Staphylococcus aureus in livestock products poses a significant threat to human health from the food chain.Therefore,rapid detection of Staphylococcus aureus is of great significance to ensure the health of livestock and poultry,reduce the economic loss of farms,and protect human health.This article reviewed the development and application of Staphylococcus aureus detection methods,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of staphylococcus aureus rapid detection methods,aiming to provide theoretical reference for monitoring the health of livestock and poultry,preventing pollution of livestock products and ensuring food safety.
