摘 要:为了探讨不同剂量黑木耳对小鼠耐力及血脂的影响,试验将32只昆明小鼠随机分为空白饲料组(FN)、面条对照组(NN)、低剂量黑木耳面条组(LAN)和高剂量黑木耳面条组(HAN),其中FN组与NN组分别使用小鼠饲料与未添加黑木耳的面条饲养,LAN组与HAN组分别用含2.97%、5.67%黑木耳粉的面条饲养,正试期为15 d。试验期间每组7 d对小鼠进行一次力竭游泳训练,记录游泳时长,末次训练时记录的游泳时长记为力竭游泳时间。试验结束后采集小鼠血清,测定乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性和尿素氮(BUN)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量;处死小鼠并取肝脏、肱二头肌检测肝糖原(HG)、肌糖原(MG)含量。结果表明:LAN组和HAN组小鼠的平均力竭游泳时间分别为41.11 min、42.76 min,较NN组与FN组极显著延长(P<0.01);与FN组和NN组相比,LAN组的HG含量、MG含量显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),HAN组的HG、MG含量均极显著提高(P<0.01);此外,LAN组与HAN组的TC及TG含量较NN组与FN组极显著降低(P<0.01)。说明供试剂量下的黑木耳面条可提高小鼠耐力并降低其血脂水平。In order to investigate the effects of different doses of Auricularia heimuer on endurance and blood lipids in mice,in the experiment,thirty-two Kunming mice were randomly divided into a blank chow group(FN),a noodle control group(NN),a low-dose Auricularia heimuer noodles group(LAN),and a high-dose Auricularia heimuer noodles group(HAN);the FN and NN groups were fed respectively with mouse chow and noodle without Auricularia heimuer,and the LAN and HAN groups were fed with noodle containing 2.97%and 5.67%of Auricularia heimuer,respectively.The test lasted for 15 d.During the test period,mice were trained to swim on exhaustion once every 7 d in each group,and the time of swimming was recorded;the swimming time recorded during the last training session was the exhaustion swimming time.At the end of the experiment,the serum of mice was collected to determine the lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)activity and the contents of urea nitrogen(BUN),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(GLB),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),and high-density lipoprotein(HDL);mice were executed and liver and biceps muscle were taken to detect the contents of hepatic glycogen(HG)and myoglycogen(MG).The results showed that the mean exhaustion swimming time of mice in LAN and HAN groups was extremely significantly(P<0.01)longer than that of NN and FN groups,which were 41.11 min and 42.76 min,respectively.Compared with FN and NN,the difference in HG content was significantly elevated(P<0.05)and the difference in MG content was highly significant(P<0.01)in the LAN group;and the difference in HG and MG contents was highly significant(P<0.01)in the HAN group;moreover,the TC and TG contents of the LAN and HAN groups were extremely significantly decreased than those in the NN and FN groups(P<0.01).The results indicated that Auricularia heimuer noodles at the supplied dose could improve endurance and reduce blood lipid levels in mice.
