摘　　要：研究旨在探讨中国数字基础设施建设对低空经济高质量发展的影响及其发挥作用的机理。通过构建理论框架和实证模型,利用2012—2022年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据进行分析,发现数字基础设施建设对低空经济高质量发展起到了明显的推动作用。研究进一步发现人才集聚度、创业活跃度以及数字普惠金融的中介效应。此外,研究也发现创业活跃度和产业高级化水平具有门槛效应,地区间一般预算支出和城乡收入差距对回归结果存在异质性影响。综合回归分析结果,提出如下政策建议:加强数字基础设施建设,特别是低空经济发展相对滞后的中西部地区;优化人才培养、促进人才集聚;激发创业活力,降低创业成本,推动新型商业模式的发展;发展数字化普惠金融。This study aims to explore the impact of China’s digital infrastructure construction on the high-quality development of low-altitude economy,as well as the mechanism for the impact.Based on the theoretical framework and empirical model constructed,it analyzes the panel data from 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2012 to 2022,and finds that digital infrastructure construction has significantly promoted the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy.In addition,it reveals the mediating effects of talent pooling,entrepreneurial activity and digital inclusive finance.The findings show that entrepreneurial activity and the level of industrial advancement have threshold effects,and inter-regional general budget expenditures and urban-rural income disparities have heterogeneous effects on the regression results.In light of the results of regression analysis,the paper puts forward the following policy recommendations.It is essential to strengthen digital infrastructure construction,especially in the central and western regions where the development of low-altitude economy is relatively backward,and optimize talent training and talent pooling.Furthermore,it is necessary to stimulate entrepreneurial vitality,reduce entrepreneurial costs,push the development of new business models,and develop digital inclusive finance.
