摘 要:智能电网安全稳定控制系统作为电力系统的“第二道防线”,对其稳控装置进行缺陷异常分析是保证电网稳定运行的基础。文章提出一种基于改进Apriori算法的智能电网安全稳定控制装置缺陷关联性分析方法。采集稳控装置缺陷数据,量化编码后导入改进Apriori算法,通过计算支持度和置信度,分析稳控装置的缺陷特征和影响因素以及各模件之间的关联关系。所提方法能高效实现对稳控装置缺陷的关联分析及溯源,为运维人员预防性检修及故障检修提供理论依据,算法的改进也有效降低了时间复杂度,节约了内存空间。以实际智能电网稳控装置缺陷数据仿真算例对该方法的有效性进行了验证。The security and stability control system of the smart grid is the"second line of defense"of the power system.The defect anomaly analysis of its stability control device is the basis to ensure the stable operation of the power grid.This paper proposes a correlation analysis method for smart grid safety and stability control device defect based on improved Apriori algorithm.Firstly,we collect the defect data of the stability control device,and the improved Apriori algorithm is imported after coding qualification.By calculating the support degree and confidence degree,the defect characteristics and influencing factors of the stability control device and the mapping relationship between the modules are analyzed.Secondly,the proposed method can effectively realize the correlation analysis and traceability of the defects of the stability control device,which provides a theoretical basis for preventive maintenance and fault maintenance of operation and maintenance personnel,and the improved Apriori algorithm also reduces the time complexity and saves the memory space.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a simulation example of actual smart grid safety and stability control device defect data.
