摘 要:目的:研究一种基于主动活塞的输液泵检测仪溯源方法,并设计一体化活塞控制机械结构。方法:通过主动活塞产生稳定流量,采用西门子PLC1200结合LabVIEW平台进行监测和控制。结果:装置在5、600和1000 mL/h 3个流量点下采用称重法进行溯源,并对5 mL/h和1000 mL/h流量点的稳定性进行实验,实验结果表明输液泵检测仪检定装置在流量范围5~1000 mL/h中的瞬时流量与累计流量的相对误差均在0.25%以内。结论:输液泵检测仪流量校准控制系统的测量值准确可靠,整体结构设计紧凑,一体化程度高,使用便捷。可满足输液泵检测仪的检定要求。Aims:To study a traceability method of infusion pump tester based on active piston and design the integrated piston control mechanical structure.Methods:Stable flow rate generated by the active piston and monitored and controlled by Siemens PLC1200 combined with LabVIEW platform.Results:The device is traceable under the flow rate of 5 mL/h,600 mL/h and 1000 mL/h using the weighing method,and the stability of the flow rate of 5 mL/h and 1000 mL/h is experimented.The experimental results show that the relative error between the instantaneous flow and the cumulative flow of the infusion pump tester calibrating device in the flow rate of(5~1000)mL/h are less than 0.25%.The relative error of instantaneous flow and cumulative flow is within 0.25%.Conclusions:The measured value of the flow calibration control system for infusion pump tester is accurate and reliable,and the designed structure is compact,integrated and convenient to use.It meets the calibration requirements of infusion pump detector.
