摘 要:目的:解决10 kV配电网发生短路故障时分支线保护与主线保护容易同时动作的问题。方法:研究了常见的10 kV配电网拓扑结构,基于配电网保护任务提出三级保护整定方案。分析了三级保护动作时序以及系统中各段线路发生短路故障时保护的动作情况,针对保护同时动作的现象理论提出了时间级差配合的整定优化方案。结果:通过时间级差优化整定方法,10 kV配电网分支线保护与主线保护不再同时跳闸,并通过PSCAD软件仿真验证优化方案的真实性与可行性。结论:基于时间级差配合的整定优化方案能够很好地解决10 kV配网中保护难以配合的问题以及故障发生时分支线保护与主线保护容易同时动作的问题,具有较好的实际应用价值。Aims:This paper aims to solve the problem of the simultaneous action both the branch line protection and the main line protection when a short circuit fault occurs in a 10 kV distribution network.Methods:The common topology of the 10 kV distribution network was studied;and a three-level protection setting scheme was proposed based on the protection task of the distribution network.The timing of the three-level protection and the action of the protection when the short-circuit fault occurred in each section of the system were analyzed;and the tuning optimization scheme of the time-level difference was proposed for the phenomenon theory of simultaneous operation of the protection.Results:Through the time-graded optimization tuning method,the branch line protection and the main line protection of the 10 kV distribution network no longer trip at the same time;and the authenticity and feasibility of the optimization scheme were verified by the PSCAD software simulation.Conclusions:The tuning optimization scheme based on time-graded coordination can well solve the problem that the protection is difficult to cooperate in the 10 kV distribution network and the problem that the branch line protection and the main line protection are easy to operate at the same time when the fault occurs with good practical application value.
