摘　　要：通过介绍海事部门在助力西部陆海新通道新能源汽车出海的现状和工作成效,分析现阶段面临的问题,提出加快制度创新、加强统筹谋划、强化应急处置、推进多维监管互助等工作建议。The article introduces the current situation and achievements of the maritime administration in facilitating the export of new energy vehicles through the New Western Land-Sea Corridor,analyzes the problems faced in the current phase,and puts forward suggestions such as accelerating institutional innovation,strengthening overall planning,enhancing emergency response,and promoting multi-dimensional regulatory mutual assistance.
