摘  要:受古地理和气候影响,开封市具有丰富的地层条件,其凹陷区沉积了巨厚的新生代地层,区域内新近系明化镇组热储水资源总量和地热流体储存热能量十分丰富。本文以开封市中深层地热综合利用项目首口地热井的成井工作为例,分析并研究水热型砂岩热储地热资源的钻井方案和成井工艺,结合开封区域地层特点并考虑经济性原则,井身结构选择采用二开不填砾成井工艺,生产套管作为回灌层位置的管体,通过双层缠丝滤水管最大限度地保证稳定的进水量并起到滤水阻砂作用。通过优选典型的二开成井技术工艺施工,对提高本地区孔隙型砂岩热储成井工艺有重要的指导意义。Affected by ancient geography and climate,Kaifeng has rich geological conditions,with thick Cenozoic strata deposited in its depression area.The total amount of thermal storage water resources and geothermal fluid storage thermal energy in this area are abundant in Minghuazhen formation of Neogene.In this paper,the authors takes the completion work of first geothermal well in the middle and deep geothermal comprehensive utilization project of Kaifeng City as an example to analyze and study the drilling plan and well completion process of hydrothermal sandstone thermal storage geothermal resources.Combining the geological characteristics of Kaifeng area and considering the principle of economy,the wellbore structure is selected to use double-opening non-gravel well completion process,and the production casing is used as the pipe in reinjection layer.The double-layer wrapped wire filter pipe is used to ensure stable water inflow and play a role in filtering water and sand resistance to the maximum extent.The optimization of typical double-opening well completion technology has important guiding significance for improving the well completion process of porous sandstone thermal storage in local area.
