摘　　要：本文介绍了MOS管的类型,并运用Multisim软件对MOS管的特性进行了动态模拟仿真分析。以TSD-10 DAM全固态数字调幅广播发射机中采用的MOS管IRFP350为例,详细探讨了IRFP350在中波发射机功率放大模块中的应用,并通过结合电路图和实际操作,分析了IRFP350的工作原理,为读者理解和维护检修MOS管IRFP350以及中波发射机功率放大模块提供参考。This article introduces the types of MOS transistors and uses Multisim software to dynamically simulate and analyze the characteristics of MOS transistors.Taking the MOS transistor IRFP350 used in the TSD-10 DAM all-solid-state digital amplitude modulation broadcast transmitter as an example,this paper describes the application of IRFP350 in the power amplifier module of medium wave transmitters.By combining circuit diagrams and practical operations,the working principle of IRFP350 is analyzed,providing readers with reference for understanding and maintaining the MOS transistor IRFP350 and the power amplification module of medium wave transmitters.
