摘 要:本文设计的IPTV监测监管平台是在集成播控分平台、传输分发节点、地市IPTV监管节点、用户终端四大环节上建立四级监管架构,该平台基于CPCI架构分部式部署监测前端、利用电子节目指南EPG多级比对技术检测违规节目、通过人工智能进行传播秩序监测等,最终达到对IPTV节目源、传输和分发、用户终端的全程全网、全链路闭环式监管,保障IPTV节目内容安全、网络安全、意识形态安全。The IPTV monitoring and supervision platform introduced in this paper is to establish a four-level supervision structure on the four links of integrated broadcast and control sub-platform,transmission and distribution node,municipal IPTV supervision node,and user terminal.Based on the CPCI architecture,the platform deploys the monitoring front end in a segmented way,detects illegal programs using the EPG multilevel comparison technology of the electronic program guide,monitors the communication order through artificial intelligence,and finally achieves the whole-network,whole-link closed-loop supervision of IPTV program source,transmission,distribution,and user terminal.Ensure IPTV program content security,network security,and ideological security.
