摘　　要：省级IPTV集成播控平台作为重点安全播出保障单位,对业务连续性及系统安全性要求极高。本文通过对信号源、网络设备、网络链路、网络架构及网络技术的综合设计应用,使直播信号播出网络系统具备较高的冗余性,在单个信号源故障或系统级故障时,可以实现主备播出组播流的秒级切换。通过业务网络和管理网络分离,利用组播及单播路由特性,在网络层实现安全防护,有效提升IPTV直播网络的连续性及安全性。The provincial-level IPTV integrated broadcast control platform,as a key safety broadcast guarantee unit,has extremely high requirements for business continuity and system security.This article comprehensively designs and applies signal sources,network equipment,network links,network architecture,and network technology to make the live broadcast signal broadcasting network highly redundant.When a single signal source fails or a system-level failure occurs,the second-level switching of the active and standby broadcasting multicast streams can be realized.By separating the business network from the management network,and utilizing the multicast and unicast routing features,security protection is realized at the network layer.It effectively improves the continuity and security of the IPTV live broadcast network.
