摘 要:SS_(6B)型机车在使用电阻制动后,电磁式92KM励磁接触器主触头粘连易引发机车产生无压无流或自动减载故障。经试验分析,发现机车工况转换时接触器主触头带电分断是粘连的根本原因,通过改造92KM励磁接触器的控制线路,实现主触头无电分断,彻底消除了故障。After using resistance braking in the SS6B locomotive,the main contact of the electromagnetic-type 92KM excitation contactor is prone to conglutination,which can cause the locomotive to generate faults of no voltage,no current or automatic load shedding.After experimental analysis,it was found that the main contact of the contactor was disconnected in the live line during locomotive operating condition conversion,which was the fundamental cause of conglutination.By modifying the control circuit of the 92KM excitation contactor,the main contact realized no-power disconnect,completely eliminating the fault.
