摘 要:儿童心神疾病是神经及精神类疾病的统称,归属于中医学“情志病”范畴,与脑、五脏以及患儿体质特点等密切相关。中医学认为,心神主宰调控人体的精神活动,督脉通脑,且与脏腑相连,具有安神定志、舒畅气机、充髓益脑等功效。从督脉论治儿童心神疾病,如抽动障碍、注意缺陷多动障碍、睡眠障碍、孤独症谱系障碍、抑郁障碍等,可以平衡阴阳,调畅脏腑,安神定志,使形气相依,形神协调,从而达到较好的调治心神的效果,具有形神兼顾之功效。Pediatric mental disorders are collectively referred to as neurological and psychiatric diseases,which fall within the category of emotional disorders in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).These disorders are closely related to the brain,five internal organs,and the physical characteristics of children.According to TCM theory,the mind governs and regulates the spiritual activities of the human body.The Governor Vessel(GV),which connects to the brain and is linked to the internal organs,possesses the functions of tranquilizing the mind,stabilizing the will,smoothing the flow of qi,nourishing the bone marrow,and benefiting the brain.Treating pediatric mental disorders,such as tic disorders,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,sleep disorders,autism spectrum disorders,and depressive disorders,from the perspective of the GV can balance yin and yang,regulate the internal organs,soothe the mind,stabilize the will,and achieve the harmony between the physical form and the spiritual essence,thereby attaining a satisfactory therapeutic effect on mental disorders with a dual focus on both form and spirit.
