摘　　要：韩雪教授认为小儿病毒性脑炎病位多在少阳,发病与小儿脏腑娇嫩、气血未充、肾常虚等生理特点密切相关。小儿脏腑娇嫩,内藏精气未足,若感受寒邪,易寒伏少阴,伏而化热,邪毒伺机而入,循经络内陷,累及心肝。该病发病快、传变快及多变的特点,与温病相似,病机核心为寒伏而化热,发于少阳。根据方证对应关系,临证多在小柴胡加黄连牡丹汤基础上进行化裁,达到疏理三焦、宣通内外、清心凉肝之功效,必要时中西医结合治疗,疗效显著。附案例1则,以资验证。Professor HAN Xue proposes that pediatric viral encephalitis is mostly located in Shaoyang channel.This condition's development is intricately linked to children's physiological traits,which include fragile organs,inadequate qi and blood,and a common deficiency in the kidneys.In children,the delicacy of organs and the insufficiency of stored essence mean that exposure to cold can easily lead to the cold lurking within the Shaoyin channel.This hidden cold can transform into heat,allowing pathogenic toxins the opportunity to invade,traveling through meridians and affecting internal organs,particularly the heart and liver.This ailment manifests with a swift onset,rapid progression,and unpredictable changes,bearing similarities to warm diseases.The underlying pathogenesis involves cold converting into heat within the Shaoyang channel.Clinically,treatment often aligns with the formula-syndrome correspondence principle,typically employing a modified Xiaochaihu plus Huanglian Mudan Tang(小柴胡加黄连牡丹汤).This approach is aimed at unblocking the Triple Burner,facilitating the circulation both internally and externally,clearing the heart,and cooling the liver.Combining TCM with Western medical approaches can be beneficial.A case study is included to demonstrate the effectiveness of this treatment strategy.
