异养硝化细菌筛分及菌群修复黑臭水体的机制研究

摘  要:从某农村黑臭水体底泥中筛分、纯化出28株异养硝化菌,选择污染物去除效果较好的5株优势菌种开展菌株复配效果研究。经16S rDNA测序及同源性比较,异养硝化细菌X-1和X-25均为假单胞细菌(Pseudomonas sp.),运行期间异养硝化菌群2(X-1和X-25)对COD、溶解性有机质(DOM)和氨氮具有更稳定的去除效能,COD的最大去除率达到41.23%,氨氮去除率最大可以达到83.26%,类蛋白荧光峰peak A和peak B的增加幅度较大,异养硝化菌群最佳接种量为0.001%。异养硝化菌群具有协同效应和微生物“群体生理特征”,在黑臭水体修复中将具有更大的应用潜能。Twenty-eight heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria were screened and purified from the sediment of a black and odorous water body in a rural area,and 5 dominant bacterial strains with better pollutant removal efficiency were selected for strain recombination research.Through 16S rDNA sequencing and homology comparison,heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria X-1 and X-25 are both Pseudomonas sp.During operation,heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria group 2(X-1 and X-25)had a more stable removal efficiency for COD,organic pollutants(DOM),and ammonia nitrogen.The maximum removal rate of COD reached 41.23%,and the maximum removal rate of ammonia nitrogen could reach 83.26%.The increase in peak A and peak B of protein like fluorescence was significant,and the optimal inoculation amount of heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria group was 0.001%Heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria have synergistic effects and microbial physiological characteristics,which will have greater potential for application in the restoration of black-odorous water.
