摘　　要：本文主要介绍了广电5G客户服务系统在广电业务服务中的重要性,概述了系统建设背景,并从系统建设目标、系统创新点及系统应用等方面详细阐述了系统的建设与应用。该系统基于广电5G网络,接入全国统一的10099客服号码,采用国家-省两级架构,在省中心部署I-SBC网元,接入广电自建的IMS网络,满足各平台之间呼转,实现漫游客户的归属地回转,同时与第三方业务平台对接,实现在线查询和业务办理,降低运营成本,提升用户的满意度。This paper introduces the importance of the 5G customer service system in the business service of the Liaoning Broadcast Network,outlines the background of system construction,and elaborates on the construction and application of the system from the aspects of system construction target,system innovation point,system application and so on.The system based on the 5G network can access the national unified 10099 customer service number,adopt the national-provincial structure,deploy the I-SBC network element in the provincial center,access the broadcasting IMS network,meet the call forwarding between the platforms,and realize the return of roaming customer.In the meantime,the system can connect third-party service platforms,realize online inquiry and business management,decrease operating costs,and improve user satisfaction.
