近代教堂建筑遗产适应性保护技术研究——以南京莫愁路基督教堂为例

摘　　要：近代教堂建筑遗产风格多样,形制特征受到国外及国内的双重影响,具有较高的复杂性。为科学保护该类型建筑遗产,本文以南京莫愁路基督教堂为例,对其建筑形制、现状评估、保护技术进行系统研究。通过建筑形制的研究梳理该类教堂建筑遗产的构造特征,并评估分析该教堂建筑遗产的安全病害问题,结合建筑形制研究和现状评估分析提出科学合理的适应性保护技术,包括木梁加固技术、混凝土楼面加固技术、墙体修缮保护技术、屋面修缮保护技术等,研究结果可为同类型的砖木混合建筑遗产的科学保护提供参考。In view of the stylistic variability of the architectural heritage and the domestic and foreign influences on formal features,modern churches have shaped a high degree of complexity.Taking the Mochou Road Church in Nanjing as an example,this paper systematically studies its architectural form,its current condition assessment,and its conservation techniques to protect such type of architectural heritage by scientific means.It uncovers the form and construction characteristics through the architectural form research,as well as the diseases of this church heritage through the current condition assessment.With the consideration of the architectural form findings and the assessment analysis results,a bunch of adaptive conservation techniques which are scientific and reasonable are proposed,including the reinforcement techniques of the wood beams and concrete floors,the restoration&protection techniques of walls and roofs,and so on.The findings of this paper can serve as a reference for the scientific conservation of brick-wood architectural heritages of the same style.
