摘　　要：我国是全球最大的大蒜生产国和出口国,种植面积约占全世界的70%以上。山东省大蒜种植面积和产量均居于全国首位,金乡、兰陵、成武和定陶等县市区已经形成了规模化种植,成为当地农民主要收入来源。本文以菏泽市成武县为例,介绍了大蒜产业概况、主要种植模式和机械化生产现状,阐述了大蒜机械化栽培技术要点,旨在提高大蒜生产机械化水平,促进农户增产增收。China is the world's largest producer and exporter of garlic with a planting area accounting for over 70%in the world.Shandong Province has the largest garlic planting area and output in China.Counties and cities such as Jinxiang,Lanling,Chengwu and Dingtao have formed large-scale planting mode for garlic,becoming the main source of income for local farmers.Taken Chengwu County in Heze City as an example,the local garlic industry,the main planting modes,and the current status of mechanized production were introduced,the key points of garlic mechanized cultivation technology were explored,aiming to improve the mechanization level of garlic production,so as to increase farmers income and garlic yield.
