摘 要:大位移井和水平井的井斜角过大会使钻柱和井壁之间产生较大的摩阻,导致钻进速度降低,使用水力振荡器是解决上述问题的有效方法之一。为此,设计了一种同心驱水力振荡器,并对其阀盘系统的冲蚀情况进行仿真分析。仿真分析结果表明:动、静阀盘的交界处受到钻井液的冲蚀磨损,特别是动、静阀盘相对转角为25°时受到的冲蚀磨损最为严重。对动、静阀盘进行结构优化和模拟试验,从模拟结果可以看出,当动、静阀盘的倒角同为20°时,最大冲蚀率最小,优化效果最好。对优化后的同心驱水力振荡器进行现场试验,试验结果表明:同心驱水力振荡器能大幅提高钻井效率,相同条件下较常规水力振荡器的平均机械钻速提高33.62%,工具平均使用寿命延长27.46%。所得结论可为水力振荡器的设计与优化提供参考。The excessive deviation angle of extended reach wells and horizontal wells would create significant friction between the drill string and the sidewall,leading to a decrease in drilling speed.The use of hydro-oscillator is one of the effective methods to solve the above problem.In this paper,a concentric drive hydro-oscillator was designed,and simulation analysis was conducted on the erosion situation of its valve disc system.The simula-tion analysis results show that the interface between the dynamic and static valve discs is subjected to erosion wear of drilling fluid.Especially when the relative turning angle of the dynamic and static valve discs is 25°,the erosion wear is the most severe.Structural optimization and simulation tests were conducted on the dynamic and static valve discs.The simulation results show that when the chamfer of both the dynamic and static valve discs is 20°,the maximum erosion rate is the smallest,and the optimization effect is the best.Field test was conduct on the optimized concentric drive hydro-oscillator.The test results show that the concentric drive hydro-oscillator significantly improves drilling efficiency.Compared with conventional hydro-oscillator,the concentric drive hydro-oscillator helps improve the average rate of penetration by 33.62%and extend the average service life of the tool by 27.46%under the same conditions.The conclusions provide reference for the design and optimization of hydro-oscillators.
