摘  要:为解决修井作业中小油管内割刀切割效率低和压力不稳定的问题,提出了双活塞驱动式小油管内割刀结构。对工具结构和工作原理进行了介绍,对双活塞和割刀刀具等关键结构进行了设计,并对割刀本体开展了力学仿真分析,研究其关键部位受力情况;通过地面试验验证了双活塞割刀的性能和应用效果。研究结果表明:螺纹根部最大应力为225 MPa,割刀安装位置最大应力为212 MPa,螺纹孔应力为206 MPa,活塞接触面最大应力为159 MPa,割刀本体整体应力分布较均匀;单活塞切割?73.00 mm油管时长为269 s,双活塞切割时长为181 s,切割时长缩短32%;双活塞割刀刀具磨损较轻,油管切割断口光滑平整。试验结果说明双活塞驱动式割刀切割效率和切割稳定性提升显著。研究结果可为修井现场油管切割作业提供理论和技术支撑。In order to solve the problems of low cutting efficiency and unstable pressure of inside cutter of small-diameter tubing in workover operation,the structure of double-piston driven inside cutter of small-diameter tubing was proposed.The structure and working principle of the tool were introduced,the key structures such as double pistons and cutters were designed,and mechanical simulation analysis was carried out on the cutter body to study the stress situation of its key parts.Finally,ground tests were conducted to verify the performance and application effect of the double-piston cutter.The results show that the maximum stress at the root of the thread is 225 MPa,the maximum stress at the installation position of the cutter is 212 MPa,the stress at the threaded hole is 206 MPa,and the maximum stress at the piston contact surface is 159 MPa.The overall stress distribution on the cutter body is relatively uniform.The duration for a single piston to cut an 73.00 mm tubing is 269 s,and 181 s for double pistons,reduced by 32%in cutting time.The double-piston cutter has light wear,and the cutting surface of the tubing is smooth and flat.The test results show that the cutting efficiency and stability of the double-piston driven cutter have been obviously improved.The research results provide theoretical and technical support for cutting operations of tubing on workover sites.
