摘 要:发射端和接收端的距离变化会引起引信无线装定系统能量传输性能的剧烈波动,针对该问题应用反射阻抗理论对磁共振耦合无线装定系统电路模型进行简化,提出影响无线装定系统功率传输的诸多因素,如负载变化、线圈偏移,频率分裂等,本质上都是由于产生了阻抗失配导致输出功率波动。根据阻抗匹配原理推导最大功率传输条件下谐振频率和耦合系数之间关系,提出一种调谐式控制策略。基本原理是建立两组谐振电容的两条传递功率耦合系数曲线,耦合系数变化时改变谐振电容,使系统在调谐式补偿的传递功率耦合系数曲线的顶部区域运行。实验结果表明,该系统能够在耦合系数为0.11~0.39的范围内,维持输出功率波动小于14.5%,验证了该方案的有效性。The distance between the transmitter and receiver has a significant impact on the energy transmission performance of the wireless fuze setting system.To address this issue,the reflection impedance theory was applied to simplify the circuit model of a magnetic resonance coupled wireless tuning system.Many factors that affected the power transmission of wireless installation systems,such as load changes,coil offset,frequency splitting,etc.,which were essentially caused by impedance mismatches leading to output power fluctuations.The relationship between resonant frequency and coupling coefficient was derived under maximum power transmission conditions based on impedance matching principle,and a tuned control strategy was proposed.The basic principle was to establish two transfer power coupling coefficient curves for two sets of resonant capacitors,and changed the resonant capacitor when the coupling coefficient changes,so that the system operated in the top area of the transfer power coupling coefficient curve for tuned compensation.The experimental results showed that the system could maintain output power fluctuations of less than 14.5%within the coupling coefficient range of 0.11~0.39.
