摘 要:推导了齿槽转矩表达式并分析了电机槽极配合对齿槽转矩和转矩波动的影响。基于一款6槽8极的永磁无刷直流电机,研究定子齿顶开槽对齿槽转矩的抑制作用。有限元仿真分析表明,电机齿槽转矩和转矩特性与辅助槽数量和槽口尺寸有较大关系,当定子齿顶开2个辅助槽、槽深0.6 mm槽宽2.0 mm时,齿槽转矩下降了69.1%。样机实测数据验证了有限元分析的结果。The expression of cogging torque was derived and the influence of motor slot-pole combination on cogging torque and torque fluctuation was analyzed.Based on a 6-slot 8-pole permanent magnet brushless DC motor,the suppression effect of stator tooth top slot on cogging torque was studied.Finite element simulation analysis showed that the cogging torque and torque characteristics of the motor were closely related to the number of auxiliary slots and slot size.When two auxiliary slots were opened at the top of the stator teeth,with a slot depth of 0.6 mm and a slot width of 2.0 mm,the cogging torque decreased by 69.1%.The prototype test data validated the results of finite element analysis.
