摘  要:螺栓的紧固状态是动车各结构健康状态的重要指标,一旦螺栓发生松动,将引起某个结构的故障或损坏,更有甚者威胁到动车组安全平稳运行,因此对螺栓联接状态的监测显得尤为重要。本文将螺栓的转动表示为凸轮的转动,并利用一种等强度弹性元件将螺栓的转动表示为弹性元件的应变变化,从而实现螺栓转角的检测。为了得到转角与应变之间的对应关系,本文设计了相应的螺栓转角测量实验,并用LabVIEW编写程序进行数据的处理。基于实验结果,设计了一种级联式易拆装传感器结构,并对传感器的静态特性进行了测试,测试结果表明该传感器的精度为6.679%,灵敏度为9.2363μ/,该传感器性能优越。The fastening state of bolts is an important indicator of the health state of each bullet train structure.Once the bolts are loose,it will cause the failure or damage of a certain structure,and even threaten the safe and stable operation of the EMu.Therefore,it is particularly important to monitor the state of bolt connection.In this paper,the rotation of bolt is expressed as the rotation of CAM,and an equal strength elastic element is used to represent the rotation of bolt as the strain change of elastic element,so as to realize the detection of bolt Angle.In order to get the corresponding relationship between Angle and strain,the corresponding bolt Angle measurement experiment is designed in this paper,and the data is processed by programming with LabVIEW.Based on the experimental results,a cascade sensor structure is designed,and the static characteristics of the sensor are tested.The test results show that the accuracy of the sensor is 6.679%,the sensitivity is 9.2363μe/°,and the sensor has excellent performance.
