摘 要:铜和钼都是重要的有色金属,常共伴生于斑岩型铜矿床中,其中的黄铜矿和辉钼矿紧密共生,可浮性相似,导致铜钼浮选分离困难。本文简要分析了铜钼矿资源现状,详细介绍了优先浮选、等可浮选和混合-分离浮选3种常用的铜钼分离技术研究现状,总结了黄铜矿抑制剂和辉钼矿抑制剂的研究进展。未来,应着力开发高效、经济、环保的新型组合抑制剂,充分利用抑制剂之间的协同作用,以获得更好的选择性抑制效果。Copper and molybdenum are important non-ferrous metals,which are often associated in porphyry copper deposits.Chalcopyrite and molybdenite are closely associated with each other,and their floatability is similar,resulting in difficulty in flotation separation of copper and molybdenum.This paper briefly analyzes the current situation of copper-molybdenum ore resources,and introduces in detail the research status of three commonly used copper-molybdenum separation technologies:preferential flotation,iso-flotation and mixed-separation flotation.Inhibitors are the key to the separation of copper and molybdenum.The research progress of chalcopyrite inhibitors and molybdenite inhibitors is summarized.In the future,we should vigorously develop new combination inhibitors with high efficiency,economy and environmental protection,and make full use of the synergy between inhibitors in order to obtain better selective inhibition effect.
