摘 要:为提高底盘悬架系统零部件台架耐久的验证周期和可靠性,提前发现潜在质量性问题,降低验证成本和后续市场问题,提出一种适用于轻型商用车使用场景的悬架系统台架耐久试验的方法,通过虚拟试验场和整车模型,按动力学仿真技术对悬架系统部件各相关连接点处进行受力分析提取载荷;通过合理的台架方案和载荷转换搭建悬架台架耐久试验进行验证。该台架耐久验证方法能更有效地体现零部件在整车耐久试验过程中的状态,验证更加全面、准确、快速。In order to improve the verification cycle and reliability of chassis suspension system components bench durability,discover potential quality problems in advance,reduce verification costs and subsequent market problems,a suspension system bench durability test method suitable for light commercial vehicle use scenarios was proposed.Through the virtual proving ground and the vehicle model,the dynamic simulation technology was used to analyze the force at each relevant connection point of the suspension system components to extract the load;through a reasonable bench scheme and load conversion,a suspension bench durability test was built for verification.This bench durability verification method could more effectively reflect the status of components during the vehicle durability test process,and the verification was more comprehensive,accurate and fast.
