摘 要:某商用电动汽车电子水泵频繁出现故障,经分析堵转类及电气类问题概率高。为查明水泵故障、解决售后质量问题,提高车辆可靠性,从水泵堵转异物来源、水泵结构原理及结构组成、试验结果出发,分析水泵故障原因并制定相应改进措施。经单件异物混入试验和整车可靠性综合路试试验验证,改进后的水泵未复现质量问题,改进措施有效,减少了水泵售后质量事故。The electronic water pump failure of a commercial electric vehicle occurred several times,and the probability of plugging and electrical problems was high after analysis.In order to solve the after-sales quality problem and improve the reliability of vehicles,analyzes the causes of the failure of the pump and formulates corresponding solutions from the source of the impurities blocked by the pump,the principle and composition of the pump structure,and the test results.After the test verification of single impurities mixing and the reliability road test of the whole vehicle,the improved pump did not repeat the quality problem,proving the effectiveness of the improvement measures and greatly reducing the after-sales quality accidents of the pump.
