摘　　要：汽车钢板弹簧是悬架系统的重要组成部分,热处理是钢板弹簧加工的核心工序,在热处理过程中易出现钢板弹簧变形问题。为解决钢板弹簧热处理变形问题,对板簧热处理过程的加热、淬火、回火等工艺过程进行分析,查明热处理时钢板弹簧变形的主要原因,并制定相应的控制方案。Automobile Leaf Spring is an important part of suspension system,and heat treatment is the core process of leaf spring processing.In order to solve the deformation problem of leaf spring during heat treatment,the heating,quenching and tempering process of leaf spring during heat treatment were analyzed,and formulate the corresponding control program.
