摘 要:为实现高压输电线路电流的在线监测,该文设计并制备了一种梯形电磁传感微线圈。通过有限元软件分析对比方形和梯形线圈在高压导线磁场下的感应电动势变化,探讨了梯形斜边夹角对电磁性能的影响,确定了最优斜边夹角范围。利用电流体喷印技术制造的梯形线圈和方形线圈进行了高压输电线磁场检测对比实验,结果显示梯形线圈的感应电动势明显高于方形线圈,且梯形斜边夹角在60°左右时感应性能最佳。研究成果为微线圈的设计与制造提供了理论依据和技术支持,有助于指导其在高压输电线路监测中的应用。To achieve online monitoring of current in high-voltage transmission lines,this paper designs and fabricates a trapezoidal electromagnetic sensing micro coil.Through finite element software analysis,the variation of induced electromotive force(EMF)in square and trapezoidal coils under the magnetic field of high-voltage conductors is compared,and the optimal slant angle range is determined.A comparative experiment is conducted to detect the magnetic field of high-voltage transmission lines using trapezoidal and square coils fabricated by electrohydrodynamic printing technology.The results indicate that the induced EMF of the trapezoidal coil is significantly higher than that of the square coil,with the best performance observed when the trapezoidal side angle is approximately 60°.The research findings provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the design and fabrication of micro coils and contribute to their application in online monitoring of current in highvoltage transmission lines.
