摘　　要：基于浙江省Q市X村发展的案例,通过质性研究的方式和注意力经济的理论视角,探究后生产主义村庄“经营流量”的实践逻辑及其促进内生发展的路径机制。结果表明:在乡村发展转型过程之中,农业农村的多重功能价值得以凸显,村庄形成独特的经营流量发展模式。村庄经营流量的实践逻辑具体呈现为通过对空间的景观化生产与价值呈现、“村设”品牌的打造经营、嵌合于体制亮点工程的建设,推动作为资源的流量获取、运营和转换。在经营流量的实践过程中,村庄实现资源的吸纳集聚、组织的活化整合和发展价值的重塑,促进了有效的内生发展。据此,建议立足村民生计生活的真实需求和村庄产业经济发展的长远规划,积极推动村庄经营流量实践的展开;通过合理的组织联结塑造和发展价值引领,持续强化内生发展的主体性力量。Based on the case of the development of X village in Q city of Zhejiang province,this study explores the practical logic of“operating flow”in post productionist villages and the path mechanism for promoting endogenous development through qualitative research from the theoretical perspective of attention economy.The results show that in the process of rural development transformation,due to the highlighting of the multiple functions of agriculture and rural areas,villages have formed a unique development model of operating flow.The practical logic of village management flow is specifically presented as promoting the acquisition,operation,and transformation of flow as a resource through landscape production and value presentation of space,the creation and operation of“village brands”,and the construction of integrated system highlight projects.It is in the practical process of operating flow that villages have achieved the absorption and aggregation of resources,the activation and integration of organizations,and the reshaping of development value,promoting effective endogenous development.Therefore,it is recommended that villages promote the implementation of operating flow practices based on the real needs of the village’s livelihood and the longterm planning of its industrial and economic development.It is also necesary to continuously strengthen the subjectivity of endogenous development by shaping reasonable organizational connections and developmentvalue guidance.
