风险冲击、林业经营与农户家庭收入——基于贵州省的实证分析

摘　　要：基于贵州省1043份农户调查数据,采用OLS模型和调节效应模型,实证分析风险冲击、林业经营对农户家庭收入的影响,并进一步探究林业经营的调节作用。结果表明:风险冲击对农户家庭收入具有显著负向影响,且相较于健康冲击,自然灾害冲击对农户家庭收入的负向作用更大。林业经营对农户家庭收入具有显著正向影响,且相较于自有林业经营,非自有林业经营的增收效应更大。自有林业经营在自然灾害冲击对农户家庭收入的影响过程中发挥调节作用,但对健康冲击影响农户家庭收入的调节作用不显著;非自有林业经营在自然灾害冲击、健康冲击对农户家庭收入的影响过程中均发挥调节作用。据此,建议强化防灾体系建设,完善医疗保障机制,鼓励林区农户积极参与林业经营,有效促进农户家庭收入增长。Based on data collected from a survey of 1043 farm households in Guizhou province,this study examines the impacts of risky shocks and forestry management on farmers’household income,and further explore the moderating role of forestry management by using the OLS model and the moderating effect model.The results show that risk shocks have significant negative effect on farmers’household income,and compared with health shock,natural disastar shock has a greater negative effect on farmers’household income.Forestry management has significant positive effect on farmers’household income,and compared with selfowned forestry management,the income-enhancing effect of non-owned forestry management is greater.While owned forestry management moderates the effect of natural disaster shocks on farmers’household income,the moderating role in the health shocks’effect on farmers’household income is not significant.Non-owned forestry management plays a regulating role in the process of natural disaster shocks and health shocks on farmers’household income.Therefore,it is recommended that the construction of a disaster prevention system be strengthened,that the health insurance system be improved,and that farmers in forest areas be encouraged to actively participate in forestry management,so as to effectively promote the growth of farmers’household income.
