摘　　要：包头发现的道光二十三年《严绝流弊》石碑,记录一起商户控告地方官案件,最终官员离任,部下被斥革衙外,并明定规章,设立甲头。该石碑对研究包头镇商业及清代诉讼等问题具有重要意义。A stone tablet“Yan Jue Liu Bi”(means eradicating malpractices strictly)during the 23rd year of Daoguang reign was found in Baotou,recorded a case in which merchants sued a local official and ended with the official resigned and his subordinates been removed from office.It also specified the regulations and established the Jiatou.The stone tablet is of great significance for studying the commerce of Baotou Town and the litigation of the Qing Dynasty.
