摘　　要：为防治水土流失,合理利用水土资源,改善生态和生活环境,促进当地社会经济可持续协调稳定发展,经综合考虑,最终确定在某县国家水土保持重点工程项目区新建滚水坝、新修河道生态护岸,并进行河沟整治。通过3条小流域的部分区域实施河道生态护坡、营造水保林、经济林,封禁治理等措施,综合治理小流域水土流失,把项目区打造成环境优美、富有特色的小流域。In order to prevent and control soil erosion,rationally utilize soil and water resources,improve the ecological and living environment,and promote the sustainable,coordinated and stable development of local social economy,based on comprehensive consideration,it was decided to build a rolling dam and river ecological revetment,and carry out ditch improvement in the national key soil and water conservation project area of in the county.Through the implementation of ecological slope protection,tree plantation for soil erosion control an economic purpose,soil erosion in the small watershed will be controlled,and the project area will be built into a small watershed with beautiful environment and rich characteristics.
