摘 要:结合赞比亚下凯富峡水电站在建项目实际情况,首先进行双轴承抱瓦盘车的可行性分析,制定详细的双轴承抱瓦盘车工艺流程,对所有数据及规范所涉及的标准进行分析,做好盘车前的准备工作,对盘车过程中的各项数据进行测量和记录,并根据净摆度和全摆度公式进行处理和分析,得出轴线处理的最优解。与传统的单轴承抱瓦盘车方法相比,双轴承抱瓦盘车方法具有质量可靠、省时精确、便于分析,高效便捷等优势,为今后从事水电站的建设提供相应的技术支持,将大大推动水利水电行业施工技术及工艺的进步。Based on the actual situation of the Zambia Kafue Gorge Lower Hydropower Station under construction,the feasibility of double bearing barring gear is analyzed,the detailed technological process of double bearing barring gear is discussed,and all the data and standards are analyzed,and the preparation work before barring is carried out.The data in the process of barring are measured and recorded,and the data are processed and analyzed according to the net throw and full throw formula,and the optimal solution of the axis is obtained.Compared with the traditional single bearing barring,the double bearing barring method has the advantages of reliable quality,time-saving,accurate,easy to be analyzed,efficient and convenient,etc.,that could provide technical support for the construction of hydropower stations in the future,and will greatly promote advance of the construction technology of water conservancy and hydropower industry.
