摘　　要：文章首先阐述了开展济南市城市水土保持区划的重要意义,随着城市化进程,济南市水土流失问题日益严重,亟须建立科学的水土保持功能区划,以指导城市建设。其次,文章简要分析了济南市的地理位置、地形地貌、气候等区域概况。济南市地处黄河下游平原,地形复杂,属于暖温带大陆性季风气候。再次,文章提出了济南市水土保持区划的主要技术方法,包括资料收集、空间分析叠加、功能区划分和征求专家意见等。最后,文章结合济南市情况,提出了三项主要的城市水土流失防控对策,即绿色屋面工程、下凹式绿地建设和透水砖铺装,并对各项对策的技术要点、适宜性及应用案例进行了较为详细的阐述。文章内容全面系统地阐明了济南市水土保持区划的必要性、区域基础情况、技术方法和防控对策,为济南市水土保持规划提供了参考。This article first elaborates on the important significance of carrying out urban soil and water conservation zoning in Jinan City.With the process of urbanization,the problem of soil erosion in Jinan City is becoming increasingly serious,and it is urgent to establish a scientific functional zoning for soil and water conservation to guide urban construction.Secondly,the article briefly analyzes the geographical location,topography,climate,and other regional profile of the city.Jinan City is located in the plain of the lower reaches of the Yellow River,with a complex terrain and a warm temperate continental monsoon climate.Thirdly,the article proposes the main technical methods for soil and water conservation zoning in Jinan City,including data collection,spatial analysis overlay,functional zone division,and soliciting expert advice.Finally,based on the situation in Jinan City,the article proposes three main urban soil erosion prevention and control measures,namely green roofing engineering,sunken green space construction,and permeable brick paving.The technical points,suitability,and application cases of each measure are elaborated in detail.This article comprehensively and systematically elaborates on the necessity,regional basic situation,technical methods,and prevention and control measures of soil and water conservation zoning in Jinan City,providing reference for soil and water conservation planning in Jinan City.
