海陆共生视角下海岸带韧性研究——以环渤海沿海城市为例

摘  要:本文以环渤海沿海17个城市为研究对象,在分析陆海共生视角的海岸带韧性理论的基础上,运用突变级数模型对2010-2021年各城市海岸带韧性指数及其时空演化进行测度分析,同时探讨了海岸带韧性等级类型。研究结果表明:环渤海沿海城市在陆海共生视角下的海岸带韧性系统整体呈不断增强趋势,但总体水平不高,有待进一步提高。海域子系统韧性指数呈现波动下降态势,而陆域子系统韧性指数的波动变化与海岸带韧性综合指数较为一致,对海岸带韧性具有决定性影响。锦州、沧州、潍坊、日照、烟台、威海等城市海岸带韧性总体呈上升趋势。陆域子系统韧性的区域变化具有阶段性特征。天津、大连和青岛等城市海域子系统韧性优势较为显著。在陆海共生子系统韧性空间演化方面,较高韧性及以上的城市不断增加,海岸带系统结构和功能不断完善,但各城市间仍存在显著差异。将海岸带韧性划分为五类:东营和盘锦为低韧性型;唐山和沧州为较低韧性型;葫芦岛、烟台、潍坊、日照、丹东、滨州、锦州为中韧性型;营口、威海、大连为较高韧性型;秦皇岛、天津、青岛为高韧性型。This paper takes 17 cities along the coast of the Bohai Rim as the research object,and based on the coastal zone resilience theory from the perspective of land-sea symbiosis,we analyze the coastal zone resilience index and its spatial temporal evolution from 2010 to 2021 by using the mutation cascade model,and explores the types of coastal zone resilience classes.The results show that the coastal zone resilience system of the coastal cities in the Bohai Rim under the perspective of land-sea symbiosis has shown an increasing trend,but the overall level is not high and needs to be further improved.The sea subsystem resilience index shows a fluctuating downward trend,while the fluctuating change of the land subsystem resilience index is more consistent with the composite index of coastal zone resilience,which has a decisive influence on coastal zone resilience.The coastal zone resilience of Jinzhou,Cangzhou,Weifang,Rizhao,Yantai,Weihai shows an overall upward trend.The regional changes in the resilience of the land subsystem are characterized by phases.The cities of Tianjin,Dalian and Qingdao have more significant advantages in sea subsystem resilience.In terms of the spatial evolution of the resilience of the land-sea symbiosis subsystem,the number of cities with higher resilience and above is increasing,and the structure and function of the coastal zone system are improving,but there are still significant differences among cities.Classification of coastal zone resilience into five categories:Dongying and Panjin are of low resilience;Tangshan and Cangzhou are of comparatively low resilience,Huludao,Yantai,Weifang,Rizhao,Dandong,Binzhou,and Jinzhou are of medium resilience,Yingkou,Weihai,and Dalian are of comparatively high resilience,Qinhuangdao,Tianjin,and Qingdao are of high resilience.
