摘　　要：随着建筑工程的不断发展,预制装配式建筑设计施工的标准化、工厂化已成为工程建设发展的新技术、新手段和趋势所向。依托西互公路装配式挡墙施工实例,结合青海省高寒高海拔地区现场养生难、设备周转效率低等工程特点,提出预制装配式挡墙创新性设计理念,开展试验验证、施工指导、工厂化预制及现场实施工作,解决了预制装配式挡墙由整化零、现浇改预制、榫卯连接、挡墙稳定性及高寒高海拔地区现场养生难、设备周转效率低等问题,提高了工地生产标准化及实体质量。With the continuous development of construction engineering,the standardization of prefabricated design and construction has become a new technology,new means and trend of engineering construction development.Based on the construction example of prefabricated retaining wall on Xihai Highwayand the characteristics of the project in Qinghai province,such as the difficulty of keeping in good health and the low efficiency of equipment turnover,this paper puts forward the innovative design concept of prefabricated retaining wall,and carries out the test verification,construction guidance,factory prefabrication and on—site implementation.It solves the problems of prefabricated retaining wall from integral zero,cast—in—place to prefabricated,mortise and tenon connection,retaining wall stability,difficult on—site health maintenance in cold and high altitude area,low equipment turnover efficiency,and greatly improves the site production standardization and physical quality.
