摘 要:目前国内斜井开挖一般采用BMC400型反井钻机施工形成导井,然后人工手风钻钻爆扩挖、人工扒渣,斜井支护采用人工手风钻造孔及安装锚杆。常规施工方案存在施工速度慢、施工效率低、安全风险高、支护深度受限等问题。TB水电站采用大直径溜渣斜井一次成井施工方法、挖掘机下井无人驾驶技术、高臂钻机下井无人驾驶技术,并对斜井提升系统进行了优化布置,保证了大断面陡斜井的围岩稳定,形成了开挖支护良性循环作业,有效提升了斜井的开挖、支护质量及施工工效。At present,in China,inclined shaft excavation is generally carried out using BMC400 reverse drilling rig to form a guide shaft,followed by manual pneumatic drilling for blasting and excavation,manual slag removal,and inclined shaft support using manual pneumatic drilling for drilling and installing anchor rods.The conventional construction plan has problems such as slow construction speed,low construction efficiency,high safety risks,and limited support depth.TB hydropower station adopts the construction method of one-time completion of large-diameter slag inclined shaft,unmanned driving technology for excavator going down the shaft,unmanned driving technology for high arm drilling rig going down the shaft,and optimized the layout of inclined shaft lifting system.It ensures the stability of the surrounding rock of the large section steep inclined shaft,forms a virtuous cycle of excavation and support operations,and effectively improves the excavation,support quality,and construction efficiency of the inclined shaft.
