摘　　要：为测试资源三号03星在基础地理信息数据更新中的适应性,参考现有国家技术标准和行业技术规范,结合基础地理信息数据更新的内容与技术指标,探索了基于资源三号03星开展基础地理信息数据更新关键技术流程与方法。结果表明:基于资源三号03星生成的数字正射影像、数字高程模型、数字线划图成果精度较高,完全可以满足1∶25000基础地理信息数据更新精度要求,可为1∶25000或1∶50000基础地理数据修编和更新提供基础数据源支持。In order to test the adaptability of ZY3-03 satellite images in the updating of basic geographic information data,this paper,based on the existing national technical standards and industrial technical specifications,combined with the contents and technical indicators of basic geographic information data updating,makes full use of the advantages of ZY3-03 satellite images,such as wide coverage,short access cycle,high mapping accuracy and low acquisition cost.The key technical processes and methods of updating basic geographic information data based on the ZY3-03 satellite images were explored.The experimental results show that the accuracy of digital orthophoto,digital elevation model and digital line graph results generated based on the ZY3-03 satellite images is high,which can fully meet the requirements of 1∶25000 scale basic geographic information data updating accuracy and can provide basic data source support for the revision and updating of 1∶25000 or 1∶50000 scale basic geographic data.
