辽宁省省级基础地理信息数据库升级设计研究

摘　　要：随着辽宁省省级基础测绘工作的不断深化,为保证基础地理信息数据的有效管理、使用、分发和服务,以辽宁省1∶10000基础地理信息数据库升级建设项目为依托,研究开发、设计了省级基础地理信息数据库管理系统,以满足基础地理信息数据存储与管理的实际需求。本文介绍了省级基础地理信息数据库升级建设目标、设计原则,就系统的架构、技术路线、基础平台升级及生产型数据库建设等内容详细阐述。With the continuous deepening of provincial-level basic surveying and mapping work in Liaoning province,in order to ensure the effective management,usage,distribution and service of basic geographic information data,relying on the Liaoning province 1∶10000 scale basic geographic information database upgrading construction project,the provincial-level basic geographic information database management system is designed and developed to meet the actual needs of basic geographic information data storage and management.This paper introduces the upgrading construction goal and design principle of the provincial-level basic geographic information database and elaborates on the system architecture,technical route,basic platform upgrading and production database construction,etc.
