摘  要:采用常温拉伸-压缩实验、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、金相分析、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等技术手段,对比研究了Ti-0.34wt%O(TA4)和Ti-15.9wt%Zr-0.33wt%O(TA4-Zr)两种α相钛合金的变形行为及变形后的微观组织变化。结果表明:两合金经轧制和再结晶后有着相似的基面织构。在相同晶粒度的条件下,Zr掺杂的TA4-Zr拉伸屈服强度相较于TA4提升约200MPa。TA4-Zr在压缩过程中产生了大量的{1121}<1011>拉伸孪晶和少量{1121}<1126>拉伸孪晶,而在相同变形量下的TA4中未观察到孪晶。Zr的添加显著促进了α相钛合金中拉伸孪晶的产生,使得TA4-Zr具有更明显的拉伸-压缩屈服不对称性。The deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of twoα-Ti alloys,Ti-0.34 wt.%O(TA4)and Ti-15.9 wt.%Zr-0.33 wt.%O(TA4-Zr),were analyzed by means of tensile and compressive experiments at room temperature,XRD,metallographic analysis and EBSD.The results show that the two alloys have the similar basal texture after rolling and recrystallization.At the same grain size,the tensile yield strength of Zr-doped TA4-Zr was increased by about 200 MPa when compared with that of TA4.During the compression process,a large number of{1012}<1011>tensile twins and a small number of{1121}<1126>tensile twins were produced in TA4-Zr,while no twins were observed in TA4 at the same deformation.The addition of Zr significantly promoted the formation of tensile twins inαtitanium alloys,leading to a more significant tension-compression yield asymmetry in TA4-Zr.
