摘  要:本研究对制备的溴化锂/聚乙烯醇(LiBr/PVA)导电水凝胶进行力学性能表征及其传感性能分析,确定了水凝胶的最佳制备参数比为PVA∶LiBr∶H_(2)O=1∶0.15∶9。此参数下制备的导电水凝胶的电导率最高可达140 mS/m,相较纯PVA水凝胶提高约50%;拉伸应力提高到0.25 MPa,拉伸应变提高到250%。本研究制备的水凝胶具有良好的速度响应效果,拉伸应变性能良好(≥75%),耐疲劳性能优异(>1000次),响应速度快。该导电水凝胶在拉伸应变传感器的制造中具有良好的应用前景。The basic and mechanical properties of the prepared LiBr/PVA conductive hydrogel were characterized,and the optimum preparation ratio of the hydrogel was determined as the mass ratio of PVA∶LiBr∶H_(2)O=1∶0.15∶9.For the as-prepared hydrogel,its conductivity is up to 140 mS/m,which is increased by about 50%when compared with the pure PVA hydrogel.Moreover,its tensile stress and strain are increased to 0.25 MPa and 250%,respectively.The hydrogel has a good speed response effect,which can provide a good speed feedback,a good tensile strain performance(≥75%),excellent fatigue resistance(>1000 times),as well as a sensitive response speed.It shows good sensing performance,indicating great potential in tensile strain sensors.
