摘　　要：文章着重探讨了密闭电石炉的智能APC控制设计思路,通过对当前电石炉工艺特点和控制需求深入分析,指出现行炉气压力、电极自动控制存在的不足以及对电石炉运行存在的影响,详细阐述了智能化控制系统的设计思路、运行思路,以及后续改进达到黑屏操作的方法。This article focuses on the design concept of intelligent APC control for closed calcium carbide furnaces.Through indepth analysis of the current process characteristics and control requirements of calcium carbide furnaces,the shortcomings of current furnace gas pressure and electrode automatic control,as well as their impact on the operation of calcium carbide furnaces,are pointed out.The design concept and operation concept of the intelligent control system are elaborated in detail,as well as the methods for achieving black screen operation through subsequent improvements.
