摘　　要：根据恒逸(文莱)PMB石油化工项目220万t/a加氢裂化装置3台10kV 7350kW正压外壳型变频起动无刷励磁同步电动机电气安装的过程经验,分析了正压外壳型变频起动无刷励磁同步电动机现场组装的电气安装要点,重点探讨了常年湿热、多雨环境下如何确保此同步电动机的绝缘特性、除潮方法,可为同类型的大型同步电动机的电气安装提供借鉴。Based on the experience of electrical installation of three 10 kV 7350KW positive pressure shell type variable frequency starting brushless excitation synchronous motors in the 2.2 million ton/year hydrocracking unit of Hengyi(Brunei)PMB petrochemical project,this paper analyzes the electrical installation points of on-site assembly of positive pressure shell type variable frequency starting brushless excitation synchronous motors.The focus is on exploring how to ensure the insulation characteristics and dehumidification methods of this synchronous motor in humid and rainy environments all year round,which can provide reference for the electrical installation of large synchronous motors of the same type.
