摘  要:汽轮发电机组作为电力系统的核心,其稳定运行对电网的安全稳定具有至关重要的作用。然而,振动问题一直是威胁汽轮发电机组稳定运行的一大隐患,不仅影响机组的效率,而且极有可能导致重大设备故障。文章基于对汽轮发电机组振动故障的深入分析,探讨了振动监测与诊断技术、振动信号处理与分析方法,明确了振动故障的治理技术,包括故障原因分析与排除、振动控制与减震技术、故障预防与维护策略等。通过文章的研究和讨论,旨在对汽轮发电机组振动故障的诊断与治理提供有益的参考和指导。As the core of power system,the stable operation of steam turbine generator sets plays a vital role in the safety and stability of power grid.However,the vibration problem is always a hidden danger threatening the stable operation of the turbine generator set,which not only affects the efficiency of the unit,but also may lead to major equipment failure.Based on the in-depth analysis of turbine generator vibration fault,this paper discusses the technology of vibration monitoring and diagnosis,vibration signal processing and analysis,and defines the treatment technology of vibration fault,including fault cause analysis and elimination,vibration control and shock absorption technology,fault prevention and maintenance strategy.Through the research and discussion of this paper,the purpose is to provide useful reference and guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of the vibration fault of the turbine generator set.
