摘 要:渗透汽化法由于能够处理高浓度盐水和近乎100%的盐截留率而受到广泛关注,但目前存在通量较低的问题。为解决此问题,以醋酸纤维素(CA)为连续相,MXene纳米片为分散相,通过溶剂蒸发相转化法制备了MXene/CA混合基质膜。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、水接触角测试仪和精密万能材料试验机对膜表面官能团、微观形貌、水接触角和机械性能进行分析表征。考察了MXene掺杂量、NaCl水溶液浓度对膜渗透性能的影响。结果表明,MXene的掺入提高了膜渗透性能,当MXene质量百分数为4%时,在50℃处理盐质量浓度为35 g/L的NaCl水溶液,水通量为4.12 kg/(m^(2)·h),与纯CA膜相比提高29.1%,盐截留率高达99.9%。Pervaporation has received extensive atte0x09ntion due to its ability to treat high-concentration brine and nearly 100%salt rejection,but there is currently a problem of low flux.In order to solve this problem,MXene/CA mixed matrix membrane was prepared by solvent evaporation phase inversion method with cellulose acetate(CA)as continuous phase and MXene nanosheets as dispersed phase.The surface functional groups,microstructure,water contact angle and mechanical properties of the membranes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),water contact angle tester and precision universal material testing machine.The effects of MXene doping amount and NaCl aqueous solution concentration on membrane permeability were investigated.The results showed that the incorporation of MXene improved the permeability of the membrane.When the mass percentage of MXene was 4%,the water flux was 4.12 kg/(m^(2)·h)when the NaCl aqueous solution with salt concentration of 35 g/L was treated at 50℃,which was 29.1%higher than that of pure CA membrane,and the salt rejection rate was as high as 99.9%.
