摘 要:研究在不同酸、醚比条件下,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)对丙烯酸(AA)不同取代比下,合成高效抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的结构与性能。采用红外光谱对减水剂结构进行了表征,测试了减水剂的水泥净浆流动度及经时损失变化,并结合X射线衍射探究了合成的抗泥性减水剂与水泥、蒙脱土之间的作用机理。实验结果表明,当酸、醚物质的量比为4∶1,HEMA取代10%的AA,合成的抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的流动度经时损失最小。当水泥中掺有质量分数0.5%的蒙脱土时,抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂2 h后流动度仍能保持在280 mm,抗泥性能较好。The structure and properties of highly effective anti-mud polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer,which were synthesized underdifferent ratios of acid to ether with different substitution ratios of hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)to acrylic acid(AA),were studied.The structure of the superplasticizer was characterized by infrared spectrum,and the fluidity and time loss of the cement paste of the synthetic highly mud resistant polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer were tested.The interaction mechanism between the mud resistant superplasticizer and cement and montmorillonite was investigated by X-ray diffraction.The experimental results show that when the ratio of acid to ether is 4∶1 and the proportion of HEMA replacing AA is 10%,the flow loss of sludge resistant polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is minimal.When the cement is mixed with 0.5%montmorillonite,the fluidity of the sludge resistant polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer can still remain at 280 mm after 2 h,and the mud resistance is good.
