摘 要:光催化降解技术具有降解效率高、稳定性好、绿色环保的优点,是目前最有应用前景的处理染料废水的方法。ZnO作为一种最常见的光催化剂,在光催化降解方面有着较好的性能。利用共沉淀法和高温煅烧法,在纳米ZnO的基础上,增加了壳聚糖材料作为基底,合成了不同复合比的ZnO/CH复合材料,通过对其进行表征,发现其形貌由原本的多片球状分散成了单一的片状结构,避免了颗粒的团聚,使其光催化比表面积增大,提高了光催化反应效率,ZnO/CH(2∶1)在60 min时便可达到完全降解。Photocatalytic degradation technology has the advantages of high degradation efficiency,good stability,and green environmental protection,and is currently the most promising method for treating dye wastewater.ZnO,as the most common photocatalyst,has good performance in photocatalytic degradation.This article uses co precipitation method and high-temperature calcination method to synthesize ZnO/CH composite materials with different composite ratios on the basis of nano ZnO,adding chitosan material as the substrate.Through characterization,it is found that their morphology has changed from the original multi spherical dispersion to a single sheet-like structure,avoiding particle aggregation and increasing their photocatalytic specific surface area,improving the photocatalytic reaction efficiency.ZnO/CH(2∶1)can achieve complete degradation in 60 minutes.
