摘 要:重负荷发动机作为当今社会重要的动力源,在煤炭领域、非煤矿山、农业、军事以及交通运输等领域具有广泛地使用。发动机冷却系统良好运转决定着发动机系统的稳定性,冷却液属于冷却系统的首要介质。文章研究了重负荷发动机冷却液国内外研究现状;阐述了冷却液的基本性质及在重负荷发动机中的作用;详细介绍了冷却液的物理性质、化学性质及相关测试方法;分析了冷却液在重负荷发动机中的工作原理、使用要求。通过对冷却液的深入研究,旨在为发动机制造商和使用者提供科学的冷却液理论支持和选择依据,从而优化发动机的性能,降低运营成本,推动机械设备向更高效、更环保的方向发展。As an important power source in today's society,heavy-duty engines are widely used in the fields of coal,non coal mines,agriculture,military,and transportation.The good operation of the engine cooling system determines the stability of the engine system,and coolant is the primary medium of the cooling system.The article investigates the current research status of heavy-duty engine coolant both domestically and internationally;Elaborated on the basic properties of coolant and its role in heavy-duty engines;Detailed introduction of the physical and chemical properties of coolant,as well as related testing methods;Analyzed the working principle and usage requirements of coolant in heavy-duty engines.Through in-depth research on coolant,the aim is to provide scientific theoretical support and selection criteria for engine manufacturers and users,thereby optimizing engine performance,reducing operating costs,and promoting the development of mechanical equipment in a more efficient and environmentally friendly direction.
