摘　　要：为分析橡胶垫片成分,综合采用傅里叶变换红外线光谱分析仪、(热裂解)气相色谱-质谱联用仪、热重分析仪、X射线衍射仪、能量色散光谱仪等仪器对样品进行了成分分析。结果表明,该橡胶垫片的生胶为氢化丁腈橡胶,质量含量约为53%,硫化体系为1,3-双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)和三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯,补强体系炭黑和白炭黑,其中炭黑质量含量约为38%,活化剂为氧化镁和氧化锌,还有防老剂KY-405及无机填料碳酸钙。Fourier transform infrared spectrum analyzer,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(pyrolysis),thermogravimetric analyzer,X-ray diffractometer and energy dispersion spectrometer were used to analyze the components of rubber gasket.The results show that the raw rubber of the rubber gasket is hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber,the content is about 53%,the vulcanization system is 1,3-di-tert-butyl peroxyisopropyl benzene(BIPB)and triallyl isocyanurate,the reinforcement system is carbon black and white black,the content of carbon black is about 38%,the activator is magnesium oxide and zinc oxide,and there are antioxidant KY-405 and inorganic filler calcium carbonate.
