摘  要:系统满负荷运行,针对低温甲醇洗装置热再生塔气液两相流介质成分复杂,运行环境比较苛刻,需对热再生塔腐蚀情况进行综合研判,通过分析腐蚀机理及其影响因素,得出热再生塔腐蚀属于氨气、硫化氢、二氧化碳共同作用下的腐蚀,根据分析结果提出相应的解决措施,保证装置设备的长周期安全运行。The system is running at full load.The gas-liquid two-phase flow medium in the thermal regeneration tower of the low-temperature methanol washing device is complex and the operating environment is relatively harsh.It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study and judgment on the corrosion situation of the thermal regeneration tower.By analyzing the corrosion mechanism and its influencing factors,it is concluded that the thermal The corrosion of the regeneration tower is caused by the combined action of ammonia,hydrogen sulfide,and carbon dioxide.Based on the analysis results,corresponding solutions are proposed to ensure the long-term safe operation of the equipment.
